A Proper Place

It is 1902. Mayfair, England, and social position is everything.

When an upper class British family becomes shipwrecked on an island with only their butler to help them survive, traditional class systems are questioned, forbidden desires emerge, and life as they know it will change forever.

Based on JM Barrie’s 1902 play The Admirable Crichton, this musical adventure boasts a stirring, sumptuous score and a thought-provoking story that has been dubbed a “cross between Downton Abbey and Gilligan’s Island.”
