Hello there-
We are thrilled that you are taping to be considered for SHREK (Non Union National Tour). We cannot wait to welcome a new Fairytale Creature to Duloc! This Fairytale Creature track will either cover GINGY or FIONA.
For your initial self-tape, please tape the following:
-Slate: Name, Height, Location, confirm if you are available for our in-person callback in NYC on 7/16 and confirm that you have a valid passport.
-16 bars of a song of your own in the style of the show.
-Pick ONE of the packets below to tape – Either FAIRYTALE CREATURE/US GINGY or FAIRYTALE CREATURE/US FIONA and tape the full packet of material as noted. (MP3 tracks are included for the songs) *We only need to see ONE of the US packets for this initial self tape, if we would like to see you do both, we’ll ask you to do so at the callback, so pick the one you like the best.
-Include a dance or movement clip/reel, IF you have one.

The deadline for this submission is set for Tuesday, July 2nd. Because of the quick turnaround on this casting, we cannot extend the deadline at this time.
Note: if you are NOT available for the in-person callback, please tape the material anyway and just let us know in your slate.

Rehearsal Start Date: August 13th-18th – Rehearsing in NYC and Toronto
Joining the tour: September 4th in Pensacola, Fl
Tour currently booked through February 2025.
